Get ready for a delicious adventure with Sprouts Cooking! Learning comes alive in the kitchen classroom where kids mix math, simmer science and taste fun! Sprouts Cooking classes offer each young chef the opportunity to create (& eat:)) deliciously healthy recipes, learn culinary skills all while having fun in the kitchen! They will LOVE eating what they've created!
In these cooking classes, kids will learn about whole, healthy foods, correct preparation techniques, and kitchen safety. Our fun, hands-on, and sophisticated recipes are designed for young foodies, curious cooks, and kitchen newcomers, while emphasizing the importance of nutrition and whole-food cooking.
Session costs include all ingredients, tools, equipment, and instruction, PLUS a recipe collection from the session for cooking up the fun at home!
